After receiving the engineered drawings, we send them to you for permit application. The permit process typically takes about four weeks.
3 – Schedule Concrete Slab
Once the permit is approved, we will schedule the pour for the concrete slab, which will serve as the foundation for your garage.
4 – Schedule Building Construction
After the concrete is set, we schedule the building construction, which usually takes around 3 days to complete.
5 – Complete Garage Construction
The entire process—from deposit to finished garage—typically takes 12 to 20 weeks, depending on the permitting timeline.
